In the left sidebar, click Themes .
Browse to your .ico file or choose from the default library. change icons on desktop
Go to the Shortcut tab (for program shortcuts) or the Customize tab (for folders). In the left sidebar, click Themes
Right-click the icon → Properties → Change Icon... → Select the first/default icon → OK . In the left sidebar
Click OK , then Apply , and finally OK again. Tip: If the icon doesn't change immediately, try refreshing the desktop (right-click desktop → Refresh or press F5 ).
