I put a round through its eye. It explodes into a gore-filled confetti— Enhanced Blood Textures and Gore Overhaul 3.6 working in beautiful, horrific harmony. A loot window appears. Not vanilla. Fallout 4-style Quick Loot . But the items inside are pure madness: a broken toaster that functions as a companion ( Toaster’s Revenge ), a single bullet for a gun that doesn’t exist yet, and a holotape labeled “DO NOT PLAY.”

I turn back to the cemetery. My grave is still there. But now it has a custom headstone from Grave Digging Expanded . It reads: "Here lies the last save before the stutter. Press F5 to weep." fallout new vegas modpack

It’s not the small, pathetic lizard I remember. This is a Desert Gecko Prime from Monster Mod Wars . Its hide shimmers with a reflective sheen—a bug from New Vegas Redesigned 2 that makes energy weapons useless. It opens its mouth. It speaks. I put a round through its eye
