This Act is made in two original copies, one for each party. It is signed in private writing, unless the law requires authentic form (e.g., for a term exceeding 3 years – Art. 1799 Civil Code).

All other terms and conditions of the Original Contract remain in full force and effect. In case of conflict between this Act and the Original Contract, this Act shall prevail for the matters expressly listed in Art. 1. This Act is made in two original copies, one for each party
