So here’s my thought for today: What Namaste Actually Means In its simplest translation from Sanskrit, Namaste means: “The divine light in me bows to the divine light in you.”

You’ve seen it on yoga mats, tote bags, and coffee shop chalkboards. You’ve probably heard it at the end of a meditation class or whispered between deep breaths. But Namaste —the spirit of it—is something America could use a little more of right now. namaste america

Let’s talk about that one word that seems to carry the weight of a thousand hellos, goodbyes, and peaceful moments all at once. So here’s my thought for today: What Namaste

Not “hey.” Not “what’s up.” It means: I see you. Not just your resume or your Instagram highlights. I see your struggle, your joy, your messy human heart. And I honor it. Let’s talk about that one word that seems
