→ Check audio track in VLC (Audio → Audio Track) → or file might have 5.1 but no downmix on your TV
→ Download from OpenSubtitles (English/SDH) → load manually in player
→ Scan with Windows Defender / Malwarebytes → Check file extension is .mkv , .mp4 , not .exe or .scr
