The episode opens mid-catastrophe. Alarms blare inside the Starfall , a clunky, beloved junker of a ship. Captain Rael (gruff, pragmatic, one cybernetic eye) wrestles with the controls as the ship plummets through a crimson sky.
Orrin shakes his head slowly. "Or something else will hear it first."
