Go to Outlook.com and sign in.

Find an email from the sender you want to unblock. Right-click that email. unblock emails in outlook

Go to your Junk Email folder (usually found in the left-hand folder pane). Go to Outlook

Scroll down and select View all Outlook settings at the bottom of the sidebar. unblock emails in outlook
