For : Phone app > three dots > Settings > Block numbers – then unblock from the list.

Tip: If you use a third-party caller app (like Truecaller or RoboKiller), you’ll need to unblock inside that app too. Also, unblocking won’t restore past messages or call history, but future calls/texts will come through normally.
