The Quick Accent tool (part of Microsoft PowerToys) allows accented characters without full language switching, but it does not replace input language addition for non-Latin scripts.

Discussion Windows 11 successfully reduces clicks compared to Windows 10’s old method, but discoverability is poor. The Language & region page shows installed languages, but adding a new one requires opening a full-screen dialog. A persistent search field would help.
